First i notice that my ionic got a line.. then days later.. the ionic battery start to drain off easily.. done a factory reset.. screen become very dim for 15min... message Fitbit. the only suggestion they can give is just go and buy a new one.. as the ionic is out of warranty.. such a expensive tracker don't last long .. just can't believe it...

Same exactly problem and response from Fitbit. Totally unreasonable
