Screen too faint to read and keeps going on and off

My screen keeps flashing /flickering and when it does come on, it's too faint to read.

Thanks for reaching out, your Ionic display is showing an unusual behavior. Did you accidentally hit it or drop it recently? You can try to restart your Ionic but if this doesn't help we might have to get in touch with our support team, I can give you a hand with that in case this doesn't help.

Thank you so much for getting back.

I did not drop it or even hit it.

I have tried restarting and also resetting back to factory settings

The screen showed from then till this morning, but while exercising this
morning, it went blank again, even though its still on and it syncs my
steps to my phone.
