Whilst on holiday in Spain last week i noticed my Ionic was flashing with the fit bit logo on the screen.  This continued for around 24hrs.  Eventually the screen started showing the correct image again but not the touch screen doesn't work. Any ideas?

Thanks for reporting the issues with the screen of your Fitbit Ionic. I'll be glad to give you a hand with this, so you can keep enjoying your Fitbit. I hope you've spent a good time on Spain though. 

 

Please try to restart your Fitbit Ionic to troubleshoot it:

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
