Hola,
Tuve un problema con mi Ionic que compré en Amazon hace dos meses, (de la nada se apagó y no volvió a encender).
El viernes pasado me dieron un reloj Refabricado ( jamás pensé que la garantía sería con productos refabricados) y ahora la pila le dura 1 día, cuándo antes me duraba 5 días.
Estoy muy decepcionada con la marca y con la inversión que hice en este producto!

I had a problem with my Ionic that I bought at Amazon two months ago, (out of nowhere it went out and did not turn on again).
Last Friday they gave me a Remanufactured watch (I never thought that the guarantee would be with remanufactured products) and now the battery lasts 1 day, when before it lasted me 5 days.
I am very disappointed with the brand and with the investment I made in this product!
I am sorry this happened to you. But seeing how you bought it from Amazon
you need to take it up with them.
I do hope you get it resolved with Amazon

Hello Wendy,
Unfortunately, Amazon does not take care of this, the time of support is only one month with them. Fitbit is the one giving me the follow-up but they already replaced it with a manufactured product, which I am not satisfied.
