Second Ionic Black Screened

My second Fitbit Ionic has black screened shortly a year after replacing my first Ionic which was replaced under warranty for the same issue. All attempts to reset the device have been unsuccessful. I am so incredibly disappointed in the quality of the Ionic and the lack of support from Fitbit that this will be my last Fitbit product.

Only have mine since christmas and it's gone black screen and and cant fine device it's a joke at the price I payed and I dont even wearing into water so its is completely mindind
