How do I get Active Zone minutes to show up on my Ionic and in my app? I have tried shutting down the Ionic and force closing the app but there are no options to add active Zone minutes to my exercises or to the ‘Today’ view. My Ionic seems to have up to date software (27.33.1.30)

It’s good to see you in the community, @Winnie10.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend confirming the steps to add tiles to your app dashboard in How do I add, remove, or rearrange tiles on my Fitbit app dashboard? I also recommend confirming the steps to restart your watch and switching to a Fitbit clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? For more information about navigating your watch, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
For more information about Active Zone Minutes, see What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply. I have already tried these steps, hence my request for help. I do not have the tile to add to my dashboard - when I click Edit, it is not showing as an option to add. I have restarted the watch several times and I already have a Fitbit clock face.

Thank you for your reply, @Winnie10.
I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. I recommend trying the following:
After that try to add Active Zone Minutes to your dashboard again. If the issue persists, please confirm if you see any options next to your steps, calories, distance and floors when you tap "Edit" on your Fitbit app.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
