I'm a semi driver. My problem is my semi counts steps while I drive. Can add up fast. usually 10,000 within 4 hours. I have the drivebit on my mobile phone. 1- gives to many calories for the hours I drive. 2- fitbit counts the steps and then takes away. This causes problems when I do challenges. My account is right, but the challenge is wrong. Not sure what to do. Any advise? I have the new Ionic

@Johnny003 Welcome to the Fitbit family! That usually happens when you drive on bumpy road or if there is like a lot of movement within the vehicle you are driving.
DriveBit is a great option to deal with this. However, it seems it is not working as properly for you.
So, in this case, I'd recommend the alternative workaround of logging the activity manually (for the specific time you were driving and steps were counted) as driving.
Manually logging an activity as driving will reduce the steps tracked for that specific time frame and should also remove those steps from your challenges. Your dashboard and challenges should be right afterwards.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!
