Sensors stopped & battery not holding charge

Suddenly the heart rate sensor and gps stopped working and even the battery not holding charge for long... Just happed suddenly 2 days back... Factory reset also tried... Please help team I see many people mentioning about similar issue on ionic

I'm having the exact same issue! I've had no reply from anyone from Fitbit either! Reading through the other posts it seems like it's caused by the most recent update which I unfortunately installed. Tried everything to fix the issues and nothing works so I can't even use mine anymore.

I sent a mail to support team, and after reset and installing firmware update it worked for 2 days but same issue has come back again today... The heart sensor has stopped working and the battery is draining out... This seems to be some firmware related problems I feel... Have informed support again and awaiting response.
