So I've seen posts about it, but it still seems up in the air? I just talked to a Fitbit agent saying that these will be working soon. Anyone else been hearing that as well, or just a runaround? 

I didn't initilly buy it for that, but did see it on many sites and videos that it is supposed to. 

Since I've also seen some knuckle heads saying they have never seen it advertised with that spo2 capability!

Unfortunately, @Robbietot, there is no way of know when such capability will be implemented. There is little doubt it will be implemented, but there is no way to tell when. The Fitbit developers do not publish their schedules or intentions for updates.
