Setting up Fitbit Ionic

For the life of me, I can not set up the Ionic!  It is frustrating.  Have always loved my Charge 2 but thought I'd upgrade to Ionic and it is driving me crazy.

Would someone please help me set up the Ionic?

HI!

I have Lumia 950 phone, and first time setup i can make a borrowed IPhone. After first time setup my ionic is working perfect with my phone. I think it has got a bug.

How far did you get with your setup? I kept my phone next to my ionic at all times and kept the phone screen on the setup page (I know it’s says you can use your phone for other things, but I just felt better keeping it on the Fitbit app). I also made sure my phone screen didn’t go to sleep during the setup process. I only did all this because I’d read previously that some people had had issues with setup. My ionic only took about 30mins to download and install the setup. I hope this helps 😊

Thanks, ebonyk93! I did just as you said after several attempts on the computer. Finally, got it set up. I guess it took about 45 mins. Again, thank you!
