A friend sold me an Ion she had just purchased and used a couple of weeks. It was too big for her wrist. She is no longer nearby.

I cannot connect the watch to my son's iPhone. He can track his daily steps, but they are not logged into his account and neither can he enter the challenges, etc. The message on the watch when we restart it is to unlock the watch from his phone, based on a 4-digit code, which never appears on his phone. the woman I bought the watch from has deleted it from her phone and Fitbit account.

Restart your device. Do this 3 times.

Then try and set it up again

Also make sure there are no other Fitbits in the room. They do interfere with each other
