Setup difficulties after deleting data

I cannot turn my fitbit off to reset or get it to show anything on the screen after i have deleted data off my ionic.  The fitbit symbol shows on the screen with notifications in multiple languages to follow www.fitbit.com/setup. My phone shows its still connected. Help!

Let me share with you that after doing a factory reset, process that delete all the data on your device, you need to setup as it was brand new. That said, I recommend you to follow the steps from the help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to complete this setup procedure and if you experience difficulties, move forward with the troubleshooting steps specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
