Hi! Just bought this Ionic, sadly before reading about all the reviews, setup troubles and syncing problems. Clearly it doesn't work. I have a samsung S8 and a HP Spectre notebook, tried it via both, the laptop one doesn't work at all, the phone app recognises the watch, gets to the setup via wifi (via blootooth not) and then crashes out at some point during download and is back to telling me I have to set it up on the watch and the phone tries to do its thing but doesn't do it. Both are connected to power.

I have now plaid around with it for 4 hours, really tired of searching around, any quick fix solutions anyone? If I don't get it to work in the next hour I will return it tomorrow and vent my anger in more reviews saying the same.

Hopefully a tech expert can give you the help you need.  I use iOS and with my very limited tech skills I was able to get my Ionic humming at full speed and force.   And I love it- more than I expected.  While I can't help with the tech q's I can only offer that I hope it does work for you because it is an amazing watch.
