Setup will not work

I just had to remove my Ionic from my app because it wouldn't connect to my phone via Bluetooth and now when i try to add it back, it won't setup.  I had this same exact issue the first time when i first bought my Ionic and it is extremely frustrating.  Tempted to return the piece of garbage cause this shouldn't be happening.

Hello @cyoung907 removeing a Fitbit that is not talking to the Fitbit will not fix the problem. It will add problems

We need to fix the sync issue, then we may then setup the tracker.

May I ask what type of device your using to setup the tracker?

@cyoung907 if you two on the three dots you will see an edit function.

With The latest Android there seems to be major issues for some.

I have to do a clear phones cache.

Maybe clear the Fitbit's data, or log out/in but clear data works better.

Once in a while it needs a remove app and install fresh copy when the above fails.
