Shutdown Ionic after it showed wrong time; now won't turn on

The time was off by an hour and 15 minutes so I went to the settings screen and shutdown the watch that way.  Now it won't come back on. If I leave it on the charger, the logo shows up, but it disappears shortly after I remove it from the charger.  It won't do a restart or factory reset using the buttons even on the charger.

Hi, have you tried to hold down all 3 buttons for at least 30 seconds to see if this will make it restart?

Several times. The Fitbit logo randomly pops on the screen, but everytime I try to do the factory reset sequence, it just does again.  I contacted support, and they're sending me a replacement.
