I have bought 5 fitbits well over $2500 and they break after the warranty runs out everytime. My ionic worked fine yesterday, today it wont charge. Customer service says the battery is dead but my warranty is up so they want me to buy a new watch for 25% off. Not only is that not environmentally friendly but what a waste of money. I am not spending $500 on another iconic that wont work in 2 years because of a battery. Why cant the battery be replaced??? Seriously worst service ever not to mind the waste created due to a dead battery. It's all sboutvthe reasle here, not the service. I can't Express how disappointed I am with Fitbit. I will find a more reliable eco friendly company to purchase from.
