Silent alarm completely missing in fitbit app

On my android phone the fitbit app is completely missing the silent alarm tab. I have followed every forum post for this and done what they have said but it consistently does not assist me. I have included a screenshot to show my troubles.

The Ionic has the Alarms settings right on the device, as one of the apps scrolling right from clock face.  Some of the less powerful devices have to go through app, but Ionic and Versa series have it right on wrist.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
