Silent alarms vibration time

Hi, I have upgraded from Alta to Ionic. I have successfully relied on the silent alarm as my alarm clock to get up for work.
I now find that with the Iconic I sm missing wake ups because the vibration is to short . Feels like a few seconds only and then it flashes
How can I increase the vibration time.
With the Alta it went on for ages and you had to tap it to turn off.

Hi @QuirkyDude unfortunately at the moment there is no way to change the alarm duration. There are more than a few threads on the subject, as it affects many, myself included.

Best bet is to add your voice in the Feature Suggestion section and hope that Fitbit does something about it.

A temporary solution could be to set multiple alarms, 1 minute apart. That's what I did with the Charge 2 and helped.

Yes that is what I will do.

Thanks for that idea

Really, we have to do this to a smart watch? Come on Fitbit.

Nobody makes you do anything, but until they do something about it, it is a good alternative. Until now the most complaints were about the vibration strength (see Charge 2), hopefully they will do something about the duration of the vibration in a near future and make everyone happy.

Your vibrator actually vibrates? Wish mine did.
