Since I linked my Ionic my previous bike routes using my Charge 2 don’t load when I open the Fitbit App. All I get is the spinning busy icon. My last ride before receiving my Ionic on Tues. 10/3 was Friday 10/1. My routes still show up in Strava. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

My old exercises and related paths still show on the app from pre ionic (charge 2).

Hmm, I just finished a walk and the route map posted to my Fitbit App but my old bike routes just go round and round. But thx for the comeback. Obviously something is array.

@PrybarIN, all of my previous exercises still show on both the Android app and the Fitbit.com Dashboard. On the Android app I do see the spinning circle for a while, but the exercise does open after a short delay - I have noticed that if I enable WiFi on the phone the exercise loads faster than it does with just the phone data, but the difference in time is small. What version of the app are you using?

My WiFi is on 24/7. I live in the country with 1 bar of 3G on a good day. I have the latest firmware v27.25.16.7 loaded. I pulled up exercise and my walk route today loaded instantly but my previous bike routes spun for 5 minutes before I shut it down. All other data heart rate, distance, time and average speed is available.
