I recently factory reset my Ionic. Previously I had configured the credit cards using an iPad. Wallet has now been added to the Windows app and I used it to configure my cards this time. Though now it seems I can only have one card on my Ionic at a time now.
My Ionic is running 27.31.1.29 (OS 1.2) and Windows 10 Mobile (Lumia 950) is running 10.0.15254.313 (1709) and the Fitbit app version 2.31.1476 (53748). I was previously able to manage the cards using the 2.30.x.x versions (then again didn't add them using the Windows app), though the change log for app versions ends at 2.29. Sync again with the iPad adds in the second card. So maybe this is in the wrong place and should be in the Windows app forum. I will repost it there just in case.
I am disappointed though that during the factory reset the watch needed a firmware update (odd since it was already on 27.31.1.29 which updated it to 27.31.1.29. I don't see why a factory reset actually resets the firmware (doesn't happen for any other device I am aware of, this seems more like software than firmware, and even then many don't reset the version), but mostly disappointed it updated the firmware to what is now an older version. I only have a few days left to determine if I am keeping this watch and wanted to give OS2.0 a try before making up my mind.

I think I read at this time only a single card is supported on the windows 10 app/platform. Both iOS and Android support multiple cards, which explains when you sync to one of these devices it allows you to add another card.

I've never tried a factory reset @SunsetRunner for what reason was it needed?
Are you able to add a second card through the iPad. then sync through windows? Does the second card disappear?
