The sleep function on my watch has not updated since last Friday. I have shut it down & restarted, pushed all 3 buttons etc but no change.

It's pretty weird that your Ionic isn't showing the sleep information. I would like you to confirm that you've restarted following this procedure:
If after this, your sleep data is still not updating, please provide me with a picture of what you're seeing in your watch.
