Sleep not syncing after DST

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

At 2:55 on Sunday morning my Ionic stopped syncing sleep with the app on iPhone. Both phone and tracker switched to the correct hour for DST. Everything else is working correctly, only sleep will not sync.

I know the Ionic is still tracking, because when I manually enter sleep hours in the app, it does update sleep stages and score.

I have already rebooted both tracker and phone, logged out from the app and back in, but still nothing.

A restart of the tracker and/or the phone, at best will i my affect the future. Any restart of the tracker now will not affect the data on the fitbit server in the cloud that was synced before the restart.

Also once sleep has been manually entered the auto sleep detection has been disabled for this time period.

I don’t really care about historic data, I just want that tomorrow morning when I get up, my sleep data for tonight gets synced. For the past 3 nights, I have had to manually enter start and end to get any sleep info.
