I only get sleep notifications once a week, I used to get them on a daily basis, so what has changed?

when are Fitbit going to activate the Spo thingy?

First, I'd like to gather more information to better assist you. That said, can you please let me know if with "Sleep notifications" you mean the Bedtime Reminders or Sleep Insights? I'll be looking to your reply. Regarding the Spo2 sensor, I recommend you to check this thread for more information and details.
