Sleep stages not showing-Ionic

My sleep stages are no longer showing the light rem and deep for the past two days.  My firmware is up to date. It’s not too tight this morning I also. Has this happened to anyone else recently?

A warm welcome to the Community @Butterflywings! It's pretty weird that you're not getting sleep stages anymore. I would like you to make sure your Fitbit app is the latest one 2.67 for Android and 2.46 for iOS. 

Also, please tap on the sleep log and let me know which message you got.

My sleep stages last night looked like a flat line. Nothing but awake and light sleep. I took a screen shot but don’t know how to get it to you

my problem is slightly different. Cannot get answers in any other forum.

Cell phone 1 - go to sleep - data is available (awake, light, deep, etc.)

cell phone 2 - deleted the FITBIT APP. Reloaded the app but it is different, When I go to sleep I get the time and sleep score but cannot get data. 

Somebody please help me.

@Intruder145   Fitbit recalled the Ionic.  Please see this page for more details.  There is a link for you to get a refund.

The Ionic is not my problem. It works perfectly on one phone. The second phone has a new FITBIT app. I can't access sleep data on the new app. The real problem is getting someone from FITBIT to talk to. maybe it's because Google is now the boss?
