Smart wake not working on Ionic

Hi, I am wondering is anyone else having the same problem. The smart wake on my ionic is not working. The Alarm function is working weather or not the smart wake function is on or not. I have reset and factory reset the ionic. Thanks in advance

@Amanda2.0 A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this. 

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I would like you to try the following: 

- Remove all the alarms set on your Ionic 
- Restart once again 
- Set the alarms and try again
