Sometimes i get dobbel tracking in the app

When i use the watch and start tracking a run to get the gps on the workout. If im waiting for a while before sync with the app. I get the tracking with GPS and the auto tracking from the ionic. It’s seems that the auto tracking starts one hour after i started the run. The steps is almoust the same, the hr data is right one the run, on the duplicate it’s showing the «the data from one hour later» the total steps on my clock is therfore not the same as the app(the app showing a lot more when its starts to sync)it’s gething the same when the sync is done. (The i can get 10.000 more steps then i shud have got) is this a time error?

Are you using both the tracker and the Fitbit app of the Strava app to reacord the run @Sofakrok

Hi, i only had the sync on. Both in same time zone etc. Turned of the sync and its normal again on fitbit. I whant to have runs/biking etc on strava to, is there a good solution that wil make the sync work normal?

Have you been tracking your runs only with Fitbit, and not tracking with the Strava app?
