Sometimes it takes 1 hours of manual work to sync the Ionic

This is what it looks like:

This time it did not sync ... but if I keep going eventually it works... When I am lucky it took 5 minutes.... But sometimes it takes up 1h.

Unfortunately not, if there was Fitbit would have done it years ago.

You got what you got 😱 

Look at the bright side though, imagine all those calories you're burning when your heart rate jumps up as you're trying to sync your tracker lol.

I am happy to report that the sync with the mac app is working better.

I am still on the older firmware on the Fitbit. However since I update the Fitbit Mac app, it seems that the Ionic is able to sync better. I still sometimes get some errors, but a few times it has synced the first time I tried.
