Sony Xperia E5 and Deutsche Bank Not Compatible with Ionic

I just bought fitibit ionic, but was disappointed to learn that both fitbit pay and notifications for deutsche bank and xperia e5 are not supported.

@fitter2gether Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for taking the time to post the experience you have had so far with Ionic and Sony Xperia E5.

 

That is correct. According to the list of compatible devices, the Xperia E5 is not supported. Same thing for Deutsche bank with Fitbit Pay.

 

he developer team is aware of the need to add new devices to the list of compatible devices. There are some users who can synchronize with non-compatible devices. If your phone meets the requirement of Minimum Supported OS (Android 5.0 Lollipop), you can try the tips on this helpful article.  
 
Note that we don't guarantee that the synchronization will be successful as we are still testing on this phone model.  
 
As for the bank; please create a Feature Suggestion asking for it to be compatible.

@SantiR Thanks for your reply and effort. Apparently it working, since today afternoon I am getting whattsapp msg on my phone.
