Spotify showing make sure your Bluetooth is on

I just got a Fitbit Ionic and I'm able to install Spotify in the Fitbit app on my phone and it shows up the Iconic watch but everytime it tries to connect the Bluetooth symbol pops up saying to make sure my Bluetooth is turned on on my phone then sync my device using Fitbit app. I have reset the watch and turned the Bluetooth off/on to see if that would work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app nothing is allowing Spotify to open on the watch.

@Nikki2020v A warm welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for letting me know that you were able to install Spotify. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.

This usually happens when there isn't a constant syncing between your Ionic and your Fitbit app. I would like you to make sure that your phone is compatible with the Fitbit app by checking that you have the following operating systems installed:

  • Apple iOS 12.2 or higher
  • Android OS 7.0 or higher
  • Windows 10 version 1607.0 or higher

If you have a compatible operating system, then follow this syncing troubleshooting and try using Spotify once again.

Let me know the outcome.
