@Delmar405As @jwebb72 has posted, most of us allow the ionic to detect when we are asleep.
To ensure a peaceful sleep, check your settings in the Ionic to ensure Notifications are off during sleep if you leave your phone switched on..

Hey everyone! Thanks to each one that has shared their comments about how Fitbit will track sleep. Just as mentioned, at the moment, it's not possible to manually track sleep using your Ionic; because all of our wrist-based devices automatically detect your sleep.
