Is there a way to start and stop sleep on the fitbit itself? Would make things a lot easier if we could start and stop sleeping on the fitbit instead of having g to go into the app to do it.

@Delmar405As @jwebb72 has posted, most of us allow the ionic to detect when we are asleep.
To ensure a peaceful sleep, check your settings in the Ionic to ensure Notifications are off during sleep if you leave your phone switched on..

It is possible to use the start sleep function found in the sleep page of the app.

Hey everyone! Thanks to each one that has shared their comments about how Fitbit will track sleep. Just as mentioned, at the moment, it's not possible to manually track sleep using your Ionic; because all of our wrist-based devices automatically detect your sleep.
Thanks for your advice @Rich_Laue.
Hope you can continue tracking your sleep!
