Stats on watch stay 0, app is working

This morning my fitbit ionic was fine. Had a workout Done and all was registered but when i ended the workout on my watch all my stats just 0 on the display! The app still registers my steps etc but watch doesn’t. Aleady remover the watch in the app but still no luck 😕 what can this be?

Restart the watch several times. If it still shows nothing you will need to do a Factory reset (settings app on watch and scroll down to About). Let us know how you go
