Hi guys,
My Ionic is no longer recording my steps, heartrate or sleep. The sensor no longer flashes green.
I have rebooted my Ionic, turned it off and restarted it, with no success. I then removed my Ionic from the Fitbit app and removed the Bluetooth pairing. I then did a Factory Reset on my Ionic and again added it as a device in my Fitbit app. The installation went smoothly until the calibration phase, which failed at every attempt. As mentioned earlier, the sensor is no longer flashing green.

I have exactly the same issue started after the new firmware update, I've done all the suggested solution but didn't fix.
Have you got yours fixed?

Thank you so much for your kind reply.
I've also tried all I could but didn't get fixed so contacted the help team. They are going to email me a return label and I'm not sure what that means at this stage.
