My Fitbit is not tracking steps properly. It’s also not tracking my sleep and heart rate.

I am having the same issues with sleep and heart rate. I have verified the device is charged and I am wearing it properly.

I too faced problems with sleep stages. The last time i have sleep stages on my ionic was 5 days ago. Used to have it everyday but now it has been on and off. Tried uninstall the app and reinstall again, it help for a while but now it didn't work.
