Still no Fitbit Ionic refund after 7 months

I have waited 7 months still no refund passed around from supervisor to supervisor saying anything to get me off the phone ive called every day for over a week with no answers at all I need some help

I appreciate your feedback and noticed that you contacted us today and your case was escalated to a higher level. I asked them and they will investigate about your refund and send you a status to your email. I'd appreciate your patience.
