Stopped syncing

keep having sync issues.  I've reset the ionic and restarted phone.  everything is up to date on firmware.  this is getting old.  we do daily challenges at work and this is killing me when I cant get my steps in for the day.

a new android update came out and since then it's been syncing great.  also updated the device still working.
