Welcome to the Community @nelsonbatalha. Thanks for the details mentioned. Congratulations on acquiring a Fitbit Ionic!
Your Fitbit can store over 300 songs and podcasts on your watch depending on the file sizes. I would like you to make sure you're following this procedure to transfer music to your Ionic.
Let me know if you're able to transfer music to your Ionic! I'll be around.

Thank you Silvia. But I already know how to import music to my Fitbit. That is not the priblem. The problem is to know the correct size of space for music. As I said, my Fitbit said it had 2.5 gb free space....and I tried to import 2.4...without sucess...because it said I hadn't enough space. From here I had to change my playlist by trial and error several times, reducing each time 100mb of music's until I was able to load definitely my playlist. End result: even if my fitbit shows 2.5 gb free space available I was only able to load 1.4 gb . The strange part is , after loading this playlist, the Fitbit show 2.3 gb free space available???

Thanks for getting back @nelsonbatalha. It's really weird that you have space but it's not adding the songs.
In this case, I've created a case with our Support team, please continue the communication through email.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
