Hi. I am wondering if anyone else is having trouble with the strap connections on the Ionic. The straps aren’t connecting securely to watch and it doesn’t take much to knock it out or disconnect from watch face. I have tried both straps that are in the box. The small and the large size but it’s the same thing. I am afraid it will fall off and get damaged.

I did snag mine on something in the garden and one half of the strap did come off. No damage to the tracker phew! I have a fully protective sillicone cover that protects the watch - every two weeks I have to detach the straps to take of the cover to clean the watch. When you reconnect you have to push quite firmly and you hear it click into place. I have had no mishaps since and the straps seem secure.

Hey there @Lou8blue! Thanks for sharing your experience with the wristband @PaulAvo. I would like you to make sure you're following these steps to properly attach your wristbands. One special thing to mention, is that you need to hear the click to confirm it has been properly put.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I'm glad that your bands are secure now @PaulAvo and @Lou8blue.
