Strava app not connecting to the Ionic

Hi does anyone else have the problem with Strava and fit not communicating? It’s says I’m connected then a few hours later there’s no device linked 🤷‍:female_sign:🤦‍:female_sign:

I would like you to try the following troubleshooting: 

- Make sure you're setting up the Strava app correctly by following the tips mentioned in this article: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device? 

- Try manually syncing and wait a few moments 

- Leave the Fitbit app running in the background of the phone for the app to receive updates
