Strava app won't show on the watch

The Fitbit icon Strava app doesn't show on the watch, notice on watch "log in on settings on fitbit mobile app" this doesnt log in....useless watch !    My exercises download ok to the mobile Strava app but continue to not show strava app on the watch...extremely  disappointing!!

@Outlaw15 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your Ionic. I would like you to make sure you're doing this procedure to install Strava on the Ionic: 

1. If you don’t have a Strava account, create one at https://www.strava.com/ or download the Strava app on your phone and follow the on-screen instructions.
2. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab   > your profile picture > your device image > Apps.
3. Tap or click the gear icon   next to Strava. You may need to swipe up to find the app.
4. Tap Authorize and follow the instructions on-screen to log in to your account and authorize the connection.
5. Sync your watch to see your recent activity in the Strava app 

After this, please try manually sync and wait a few moments. Keep in mind that your Fitbit app needs to run in the background of the phone for the app to receive updates.

I have tried everything on my note 8 to connect strava. Even tried on the desktop to no avail. Very disappointed and tired of this garbage product

I’m in the same boat.  I’ve authorized multiple times via the Fitbit app as well as Strava.fitbit.com directly.  I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app.  I’ve restarted the watch multiple times. I’ve unpaired and repaired my watch to my iPhone. Nothing resolves the issue. And yes, I have a Strava account and have completed adding my device via their iOS app. The Fitbit app itself s the problem.

The Strava app is no longer available in the Fitbit App Gallery. Use the Strava app on your phone to track your workouts.  For more information on connecting your Fitbit account with Strava, see How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?
