I've noticed this happen at least twice, perhaps three times within the last few weeks or month.
This morning I took it off and placed it on the counter in the bathroom while having a shower. When I put it back on afterwards and pressed the button to check the time, it wouldn't turn on. I knew what had likely happened based on the prior issue(s) and got the charging cable and plugged it in and sure enough, the watch reported being at 0% but I know it was at 60% or more prior to going in the shower.
I'm trying to think about what could cause the battery to drain to fast, so dramatically and all I can think is if the face was being activated constantly while on the counter but is it even possible for it to drain that much power in just a few minutes? The alternative is that the power isn't being reported correctly.
Anyone have this issue? I couldn't see any other reports on my cursory inspection within the forum.
Thanks!

I have never had this happen with my Ionic, but it did happen once with my flex 2. Restart the Ionic several times and fully charge and see if it happens again. If it does try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About.

Welcome on board @Abobo, it's nice to see a new member here! Have you tried what @NellyG recommended?
First of all, let's make sure that your battery is being charged when it's connected to its charger. Have you checked if the contacts on your tracker or charging cable are not dirty? Dust and debris can accumulate over time and prevent a charge. Try cleaning them by following these instructions.
I'm wondering, where do you charge your tracker? Have you checked if by any chance the USB port or outlet is faulty? If you haven't done so, try a different port. A UL-certified wall charger will also work. Don't use a USB hub.
If so, plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger.
Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the watch until attaches magnetically.
Charging fully takes up to 2 hours. While the watch charges, you can tap the screen or press any button to check the battery level, but it seems that the screen doesn't come up at the moment so I'd recommend waiting those 2 hours and then go for a restart (once again) by following these steps.
