Why in the world is the notification on the Iconic on 6 seconds long and snooze is 9 mins? This is just crazy! I seriously hope Support is looking into this and will come up with some sort of change! Please!

Snooze is 9 minutes for some reason... I don't know why not 10 though... but I can tell you why it's only 6 seconds. When I started using Smart Alarm(in the app gallery) because of the same reasons, I wanted to test it if it worked... Long story short, I set the alarm at 12 AM and woke up at 7 AM with 2000+ steps. Congrats.

Fitbit,

 

Please make the snooze length adjustable on the Ionic alarm. The user should be able to set a snooze length. If it is completely customizable, that would be great. You should at least be able to choose between 1 and 30 minutes.
