Basically I have been told by support some things to do while they figure out how to fix the issue that is causing me not to be able to track active minutes. It could take several weeks. Already reset. Already deleted app and reinstalled app several times. Burned out on process. I use this app to determine everything such as how many extra calories I get to eat per day. This app syncs with my Fitness Pal App which I use for my food diary daily. I really depended on knowing how many active minutes I had obtained each day. This is the first problem in 6 years of Fitbit use and 3 different models.

All Fixed!!!!!!!!! WOO HOOO!!!!!! Active Minutes worked correctly this morning!!!!!!!! I am so happy!!! Praise The Lord and Thank God that is over. Back to crushing active minutes with Fitbit!!!!!
