Just a shout out after reading hundreds of experiences that people are reporting that are just as bad or worse than mine. Decided to vote for a post and was asked to do a survey. Multiple choice, nothing inflammatory. But I replied other and that I was not satisfied. At the end..."Survey could not be submitted". Way to pad your stats Fitbit. Class act all the way.... Said no one on these forums.

No sense in wasting 6 minutes of your time doing the survey if you can't be honest. We have told them over and over in these message boards what is important to us but they are not listening. Most of us will be moving to a different tracking device that provides us our needs.
