I am using an Ionic, updated to the latest firmware (27.70.8.0), and the latest Android app (3.22.1). Previously when swimming, the results would show on the app in four screens: splits, energy, impact, and length. Now, however, the splits tab is no longer present. I tried resetting the watch, the app, and the phone, as well as disconnecting, to no avail. Screenshots of a swim from last year and this past Friday are included for comparison.

Additionally, after starting the exercise from the watch, the first pool length is never counted (this has not changed since the latest updates). This does not change whether I start in the pool or dive in, nor whether I stop and turn at the end of the first length or do a flip turn.

Edit: For some reason the screenshots didn't post correctly, but the doubled image is the old one.

@Bgg1 A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried and the screenshots attached.

I would like you to confirm you've entered the pool length on your Ionic's settings. This will ensure that you'll get swim lengths, duration, distance and pace. I would like you to restart once again your watch and track another swimming activity and monitor if your splits show.

Let me know the outcome. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I'm seeing this problem as well having upgraded from ionic to sense.  Frustrating!

This didn't help me.  Is there another fix?    I'm back at swimming after a year of breaking for covid.  In the meantime I upgraded from ionic to sense.   I'd like to see my splits.  I'm launching from the watch into swim mode.
