Swipe left for function and sync issue

Howdy all, 

 

okay the Ionic has been working fine for the last 12 months or so, apart from the ‘Nothing special fce’ Disappearing.

 

Now I have the issue the swipe left, to access the setting, alarms, timers etc does not work. Now I have tried to sync at this time but suddenly the iPhone does not find the Ionic (sync’ing constant without issues for the last year or so) on Bluetooth, even when I have restarted Bluetooth on the iPhone, and the iPhone itself.

 

i have done the restart Ionic (bottom right and left buttons) and nothing changes.

 

Any help from Fitbit guru’s please?!

Does swipe work in the other directions @Carver3? I've had a film or water on my tracker and this prohibited the swipe from working.

Maybe a couple of restarts

Howdy and sweetie does not work just like swiping.

Have gone through all the reset, back to factory specs and NG. So Fitbit
Support are sending a replacement as it is the touch screen that is dead.

Oops, lately I noticed my swipe keyboard doesn't like swipe.
