The fitbit app cant sync my smartwatch. But the smartwatch is working perfectly. I called yesterday contact support and they helped me. And told me apparently the app is having issues. I need to give 24 to 48 hours. I dont know I can do next.

Delete the Ionic from within your phones Bluetooth settings. Go into the Ionic Settings>Bluetooth and in Restore Music Controls set to Pair. Search for Bluetooth in your phone. I had to reconnect mine again this morning - seems I have to at least every couple of days as the connection goes stale. Not sure if it's a Fitbit issue or my Android 9 Motorola G6 Plus phone?
You may also need to restart your phone for a connection to be found. And perhaps also the Ionic if a phone restart doesn't help?
In the app swipe down to sync, or in the account screen of the app go into Devices>Ionic and press sync now.
