Sync not working

Ionic either syncs on its own at random times or does not sync at all when I try to sync it. All day sync is off. Recent issue. I used to sync 3 times a day. First thing in the morning, noon and just before bed. None of those work now and I get random syncs during the day

@djr1010412 It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

I would like you to make sure you've tried this syncing troubleshooting. If it doesn't work as expected, please let me know the phone you're using. 

 

If all day sync is off, this won't sync during the whole day but when you open the Fitbit app.
