Ever since I did the 11.2.6 software update this afternoon - my ionic won’t sync or connect to wifi! Help!

@CatMitchell82, I am not sure what the "11.2.6 software update" you refer to is - the current Ionic firmware is version 27.31.1.29.  What message(s) are you seeing when you try to manually sync the tracker?

I think my Fitbit is good now but I was referring to my phones software update. Thanks!!
