Hello,
My phone seems to load daily stats from my fitbit like steps, calories, heart rate. without any problems
However, if use the exercise app for a run, for example, the map and stats doesn't load to my phone. It only loads the information to the fitbit app in the computer.
Same way when trying to set up a Starbucks card, the card info is loaded on the phone but it doesn't sync to the watch.
Any suggestions on what could be the issue and how to solve it?

@ernesjogo Welcome to the Fitbit family! What kind and model of phone are you using? Have you tried using a different phone to check if the maps will show there?
So, maps are showing on the computer, right?
Regarding Starbucks, how are you loading the card? Please check these steps to load a card. Also, check the troubleshooting steps for apps. That should help you out!
Keep me posted!

Hello Santi,
Yes, the maps are showing in the computer without any problems, same in strava. There seems to be an issue is between my phone and the fitbit. My phone is an LG G6. I'll try to use another phone to see if it works.
Regarding the Starbucks card, I loaded the number as instructed in the link you sent me. I can see the card number on my phone but it doesn't integrate to the Fitbit for some reason.
Same happen for example if I want to set up a pin to use the wallet option. It says "error connecting to Ionic. Make sure is close by and turned on". I have the phone on my hands and the Fitbit on my wrist so I don't understand what could be the problem. All the other stats for my regular activities sync without any troubles.

@ernesjogo Thanks for your reply and for the information! I was checking the list of supported devices and realize that the LG G6 is not listed there.
I believe this is the main reason as to why not all of the features are working correctly between your phone and the Ionic. I also have an unsupported device (Moto G4) and not all of the Ionic's features work on it.
If possible try another phone, better if it one of the models listed there. That should show you the map and connect with all the features properly.
Try that out and let me know the results.
