I can not sync a credit card to my wallet. I have tried everything recommended in this forum. I get the credit card in Fitbit app, but it will not sync to the iconic, the app states it can not connect to the device.
I have uninstalled/installed the wallet app
removed and added the credit card
I have restarted the iconic
unistalled/installed the fitbit app
restarted the phone
factory reset the Iconic, uninstalled the app on the phone then reinstalled everything
I have never gotten the credit card to sync.

Hi, @Anttler, is everything else syncing between your Ionic and your app? Is this a Wallet app problem or a general sync problem.
If general sync, have you checked that your phone is a supported device?
If a wallet problem, your country in your profile needs to be a country where Wallet is supported and your card needs to be issued by a supported bank. Have you checked these things? More information here.

Hi @Anttler assuming your card and location are OK for fitbit pay, there is a bug in the last production version of the firmware that exhibits exactly the problem you are describing. (There are several threads in the issue and I had the same problem, which I reported to support and had it escalated).
The good news is that the latest developer version of firmware clears up this issue. So, you can either wait for the Prod. version of can sign up to be a developer and get the latest 27.30.5.8 version. I'm not sure what the delay between the two releases will be but I doubt it will be long.

I installed 27.30.5.8 and there has been no change to the ability to sync a credit card to the fitbit.

Oh, that’s a blow, as it cleared up the problem for me. Would seem to suggest I was lucky but the bug is still lurking. Afraid I have no solution, as I had given up pending a fix from Fitbit. I suggest you raise the matter with support.

Yep exactly the same for me
Tried everything for days after reading multiple posts
Zero, nada, nothing
Used to use Paywave via ionic but after kids failed at getting into my watch's password and locked it, everything has gone bonkers

Ok an update
Factory reset the ionic
Removed the credit card from Android app
Re added card and verified through bank...again
Finally came up trumps, (not the presidential variety)!
Yay
